Champion ideas:

Malkus The Wandering Death

Q: Choke- gives you 50% dmg reduction pulls them into the air STUNNING them for 1 second in front of yourself. slow self to ~250 movement speed and cannot be slowed but can be hard cc'd during the duration, you cannot flash or dash during the channel, hard cc will not stop this ability but a silence will. 2 instances of damage, first cast and end, you can walk with the person who you are choking (~50% bonus AD scaling)
*think of this ability as something like a tahm kench W

W: Death Aura- grounds enemy's near him and slows them for ~50%, grants a small amount of move speed for every enemy effected (~25). Does area damage over time (~20% total ad, ~70% ap scaling) *think of the radius of this to be about the width of a Teemo bombs explosion and the slow to be about the same

E: Slaughter Step- can do a small dash 3 times with ~4 second time between each dash, this ability would be on a ~25 second CD and each dash would reset his attack timer *think of this like a Riven q with separate cd's but one total on for the ability, the range being about Kindred Q to

R: No Escape- large (Amumu's bandage toss range) instant blink to target enemy with .5 second stun, does 15%current health damage (minimum of 250 dmg), every kill you get will increase its range a small amount (100% bonus ad)

Passive: Death Walk- base move speed ~370 and goes up with level (like Cassiopeia passive) any extra move speed gives ad instead (1ms for 1 ad)

Champ type: This Champion could be played 3 normal ways Top- as an ad bruiser with items like youmuu's and cleaver, then tank items like deadmans Jungle- he would get cinder hulk most likely and build into tank and small ad items to help lock down priority targets like the adc or midlaner again like a bruiser or support- he would use his dashes in lane to catch the enemy adc choke them and bring them to your adc and use ult to initiate in fights

Main playstyle: and combos would be to go for some items that give ad and move speed like youmuu's to stack with your passive then tank items to make sure you survive, you would try and go in with ult on someone that's a priority target and stun them up, at this point you would be deep in the team why you need tank stats, but sense you're here you activate w to ground them and slow their entire team, you then use your dashes to get out or keep rampaging within their back line. you would be used to disrupt their team and throw them all off track in their fight in an instant but taking one of them out for a short time, or with enough ad kill them instantly.

Lore: it could be simple and mysterious or more dark (i like option 2)

Their is little known about this man people have stories saying that he wanders around alone, no one in sight, silently walking his own path. some say that he kills anyone who approaches him and walks on by as if nothing happened, minding his own business. some say that he whistles down the road and chooses not to confront anyone, nor do they chose to confront him, as this man is said to be 7 feet tall with broad shoulders and a stare that makes full grown mens hearts pound at the sight. people say he is a murderer, people say he is a wanderer, but only the ones who meet him know that he is someone not to get near.
  2. Malkus was a normal child, but he had only one friend, Kiwan, they grew up together and went to school together everything was fine. But the two main clans of the village were starting to become more and more disgusted by the sight of the other. this ended up starting a civil war for power between the two, in turn causing alot of bloodshed to not just the main clans but the smaller ones too, like Malkus and Kiwans. Caught between the two clans feud were malkus's parents,killed while he was in school. when he got home his small house was in flames, he lost all of his possessions and his family. he had no where to go, he thought about one person who he could trust, he went to kiwans house. When he arrived at the house and knocked on the door their was no response. Not knowing what to do he burst inside only to see his only friend dead before him. At this sight he knew that their was no more love in this village and no reason to stay where he had no one. he cast away this accursed place and set out on a journey. not to find new relationships, but to tear others down. His life had no purpose but to wander aimlessly until he could make others suffer the way he had.

Jaarmen The Storm Shaman

Q: Shock- is aa ranged (600 units) lightning zap. this ability can crit for an extra 75%damage and applies on hit effects (50% ap scaling, crit chance from crit items) *kinda like Gangplank q but with ap

W: Frost wolves- summon 2 spectral wolves to fight by your side for 7 seconds, they do magic damage each attack (10%ap each) and their aa speed scales with your aa speed, if you land a q on a target the wolves become enraged with a burst of extra movement speed and their next attack becomes charged and does extra damage when they charge towards the target, when you Summon the wolves you must cast them on a target where the target is briefly rooted during the channel time (.2 second) *think of this like kindred w where the wolf comes out and helps you fight but you can cast on someone for a breif root

E: Totem- create a structure that has multiple benefits: 1. it casts q a second time with reduced damage ~65% 2. Give the shaman enhancement on his abilities, for q the crit damage is 100% extra (rather than 75%), for w the wolves do a small amount of extra damage(~5%ap) and have a small burn damage on who they attack, the bind from the wolves being released is also lengthened to ~1 second . you also gain 10-100 movespeed depending on how close you are to the totem This structure lasts indefinitely and can not be destroyed until another one replaces it and has a range of about Tundle W and you must be inside to revive the bonus's

R: Banishment- send another champion to another dimension for judgment, they get yanked closer to THEIR nexus(like poppy ult) in a stasis where they take damage over ~2 seconds, if they pass near a totem during this time they are instead sucked into the totem and reappear there and take additional damage upon coming out of stasis

Passive: your atk speed is converted into ap (every 1% atk speed = 1 ap)

Champ type: this champion would be played almost always in the midlane mid- you would build primarly damage and kite around such as a victor mid to chunk down your opponents with q

Main playstyle: you would build thinks like staikk shiv to give your q the crit chance and make your passive give ap and lots of aa speed and ap like a nashors tooth to give you a total of 130 ap and you would apply the on hit to q with some hopeful crits, their are no main combos other than just sending the frost wolves out to root them, then q'ing them down around your totem, you would have to play around your totem alot because its how you maximize your dps. the ult would be used if you need to stop someone in a team fight or bring them in for a kill on a totem the q would be your main form of reliable damage while your wolves provide extra damage then either die off to an enemy or if they chose to ignore them continuing on for more dps.

Lore: idk what to put for the lore here, honestly im tired and cant think of much to put so give some suggestions below
