Name - Specter Assassin - Jungler/Mid Range: Melee Second bar - none. Passive - Ghost Every 10/8/6/4 seconds deal 40 (0.2AP) at levels 1/6/12/16

Q - Spectral bolt Fires a bolt of dark spirit energy in a line dealing damage and gaining extra range with each unit hit. During ult- Spirit Force Specter dashes out dealing damage to enemies hit. If he hits a champion he stops on hit and stuns them, dealing 8% of the targets maximum health. If he is close enough to another wall Specter will jump into that wall instead, resetting the cooldown to 4 seconds.

Damage: 70/80/90/100/120 (+0.6 AP) Cooldown: 15/9/8/7/6 Stun duration: 1.5 Cast range: 700 Extra range: 200 per hit

W - Phase blast Specter deals magic damage in an area, leaving a damage over time zone which heals him while an enemy stands inside it. During ult - Lingering Torment Specter Creates a moving zone on a target instead.

Cooldown Explosion damage: 150 (+0.5 AP) Heal per second /10/15/20/25/30 + (0.1 AP) Damage over time:5/15//25/35/15 Duration: - 4 seconds

E - Phase Shift Specter phases out of the material plane becoming invisible. While in this state he gains movement speed when moving towards enemy champions. The next attack will deal heavy magic damage and remove the Invisibility and movement speed buff. During ult - Possession Specter jumps inside the target becoming untargetable for 6 seconds while revealing them, after which specter can leap out again in a chosen direction dealing 8% Max health magic damage to the target.

Damage 30/40/50/60/70/ plus 1% of the targets maximum health per 75 AP. Cooldown 13/12/11/10/9 seconds Movement speed 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%

R - Wall crawl. When targeting a wall Specter merges with it granting movement speed and extra defenses. While in this state Specter enhances his other abilities Re-activating this ability pulls him out of the wall. Specter cannot attack while inside the wall.

Movement speed: 40%/50%/60% Cooldown: 25 Bonus damage on next hit 20/25/30/ + ( 0.2AP)
