Volibear Rework

Chosen of the Storm Passive: Volibear begins to heal passively when his health drops to a critical level, scaling on his missing health, and is increased by up to 20% if Volibear has at least 60% of his Maelstrom resource left.

Roaring Thunder Q: Volibear drops to all fours and gains increased movement speed towards enemy champions. The next enemy champion hit by Volibear is knocked up and slammed back down on the ground, dealing initial and slam down damage.

Frenzy W: Passive: Volibear's repeated attacks will grant him bonus attack speed for 4 seconds, stacking up-to 3 times. If Volibear is at his critical health threshold, Frenzy will stack up to 5 times instead of 3, until he activates his frenzy for the bite damage, or after 4 seconds. Active: After 3 attacks, Volibear may activate his Frenzy and bite his target, dealing physical damage based off of their missing health.

Lightning Rager E: Active: Volibear may stop for 1 second and summon a lightning bolt at his location, striking the ground and dealing an AOE lightning strike. Dealing magic damage and slowing the movement speed of enemy units around Volibear. The lightning radius around Volibear is increased if Maelstrom Eruption is activated.

Maelstrom Eruption R: Passive: Volibear's resource bar is the Maelstrom. The Maelstrom is drained when activated, and is refreshed: over time, recalling, or when enemy champions are killed by Volibear and/or his allies, near Volibear. Killing enemy champions will refresh 20% of his Maelstrom resource.

Active: Volibear may stop for 1.5 seconds to channel the Maelstrom through his attacks, adding bonus lightning damage to every attack he does. Attacking enemy champions adds a charge of 'Swift Foot' onto Volibear, increasing his movement speed by 3%, stacking up-to 3 stacks. (Using an ability while your Maelstrom is activated will drain 10% resource with every successful ability Volibear casts. The Maelstrom will drain passively on Volibear's auto attacks.)
