New Rank system

I'm not sure if you guys are concern how important is giving the player the first role and second role. I know you guys want to shorten the queue time but making half of the team the second role and give other team the role they want is really unbalanced I don't know you guys' system balance this ratio but making someone go role that they don't actually want makes them play like 2~3 tier below them. I'm diamond player I know what is this game is and how the little changes effect the game and there are lots of people getting their second role and say i don't even go this lane lol and play like silver 5 ( not offending silver players ) and in my experience, if you main populated role you get higher chance of getting second role because i played ranked as Jungle and like 7 times out of 11 games I got the second role and played like gold 5 ( not offending gold players). Please I would rather have longer queue time so pleaseeeeeeee I want to play my main role.
