Tank Fizz still BROKEN! WTF Riot Games! 22-0-5 (Patch 6.14)

I went 22-0-5 and this was supposed to be nerfed! Tank Fizz is still strong just like tank ekko....WTF is going on??? Its just a new build path instead of the old way you get fervor and trinity force. Have you guys tried this new way of building tank fizz?
