Advanced Custom game mode options

Basically I'm a little tired of URF not coming around at all in the last 6 months. I get that balancing is an issue when it comes to URF and it always will be but if you were to do something like what Overwatch does when it comes to Custom Game modes then people could just make their own custom games with their own rules and fun game modes. Make it where all maps are available and people can create stat modifiers (as well as a URF mode tab to implement those immediately). Basically let the players create their own custom game modes to mess around in and even give the ability to tweak specific characters for URF for balancing sake. That or just bring URF back more often and I won't really care about this. That being said me and my friends used Dominion for Hide and Seek (as did many others) before the new client became mandatory preventing us from choosing Dominion as a map for custom games. Stop worrying too much about the balancing of URF, it's gonna be broken no matter what, instead just let people have fun because URF is fun even if there are a few broken champs. I'm honestly tired of Ascension, Blood Moon, Legend of the Poro King and now even Dark Star as is everyone I play with.

Side note: The polls character limitation sucks.
