Nothing too fancy really just like the skin make-overs. For Akali give her two garden hand scythes and a bandanna hat (Japanese bandanna hat)(how they wear it works with what I'm thinking of), there is no need for mask.

Her Q, E, R stay the same, her W looks like a flower patch.

Rek'sai: Groundhog rek'sai

everything is the same except her skin making her look like a mole or a groundhog.
