[Rework] Urgot, the Headsman's Pride

Hello all, I have some ideas for a rework of Urgot, the Headsman's Pride. Urgot is a champion who sort of contradicts himself. Riot considers him as a marksman, yet he can be fairly tanky and is more often seen top lane than bot lane, where most marksman reign. This rework is sort of designed to make Urgot more of an artillery cannon, able to do large amounts of damage but very immobile. He does have some kiting potential with his W, but it's not that easy to use (provided they haven't been been hit by his passive). Anyways, let's get right into it.

NOTE: Along with these ability changes, likely some of Urgot's current stats would be changed.

Passive: Zaunite Bolt Augmenter Passive: Urgot's basic attacks, Acid Hunters, and Caustic Barrage missiles apply a stack of Zaunite Bolt Augmenter to the target. This can stack up to five times and upon applying 5 stacks, all stacks are consumed to deal 80/140/200 (scaling at levels 6, 11, and 16) + 5% of the target's missing health as physical damage, and Acid Hunters will now lock onto a target (just like what his E currently does) for 5 seconds. The stacks last for 5 seconds and are renewed upon further stacks being applied. If the stacks are consumed, the target gains immunity to this ability for 10 seconds.

Q: Acid Hunter - 40 Mana, 3/2.5/2 second cooldown (scaling at ability levels 1,3, & 5) Active: Urgot fires a missile in a line, dealing 30/45/60/75/90 (+90% AD) physical damage to the first enemy it hits and refunding half its mana cost if it kills its target.

W: Corrosion - 50/60/70/80/90 Mana, 18/17/16/15/14 second cooldown Passive: Urgot gains 3%/6%/9%/12%/15% Armor Penetration on a target for 4 seconds after applying five stacks of Zaunite Bolt Augmenter to that target. Active: For 6 seconds, Urgot's basic attacks and Acid Hunters slow their target by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% for 2 seconds and deal an extra 25/50/75/100/125 (+40% AD) magic damage over 5 seconds.

E: Terror Capacitor - 60/65/70/75/80, 20/19/18/17/16 second cooldown Active: Urgot gains a shield equal to 35/70/105/140/175 (+3% total mana)(+30% Bonus AD) for 3 seconds. If Urgot kills an enemy champion while the shield is up, then the shield's duration is renewed and it gains 5% of the slain enemy champion's max health.

R: Caustic Barrage - 100 Mana, 145/125/105 second cooldown Active: Urgot channels for 1 second and then unleashes a barrage of missiles in the direction of his cursor for 4 seconds (Urgot fires 4/5/6 missiles per second, and can adjust aim slightly by moving the cursor). Each missile deals 30/60/90 (+60% Bonus AD) physical damage to targets hit (successive hits on the same target do 40% damage). Urgot cannot move for the duration, but he can recast this ability to cancel it early.

This is my current idea for a rework on Urgot. His passive is fueled by his Q and synergizes well with his W, and his ultimate can be used with his E to protect him while firing (since his ult leaves him vulnerable). His general strength are good dueling potential later into the game and the ability to soften up tanks in teamfights. His general weaknesses are lack of mobility and only one form of crowd control.
