Lore In his life, Christopher Rhodes was the most ruthless loan shark in all of Bilgewater. Anyone who fails to payback their loan gets fed to his five attack dogs, and anyone who refuses would be torn to shreds by them until they change their mind. For many years he was referred to as the unspoken king of Bilgewater. But all that came to an end the day he went to collect on a certain debt.

Many years ago, a young Gangplank came to Rhodes for a loan. This was before the great captain established his original crew. Rhodes saw great potential in the boy, so he decided to make the deal. He gave the young Gangplank a hundred thousand silver serpents (Bilgewater currency) to start him off, but he expected to be paid back with interest within five years. The expected repayment was three times the original amount.

Five years later, Rhodes arranged a meeting with Gangplank to collect on his debt. He brought his five attack dogs with him just in case it went sour... and it did. Gangplank never showed up, but his fleet sailed close to the location of the arranged meeting and fired a deadly barrage of cannon-fire at Rhodes. A total of 300,000 cannon was fired. Ever since then, Gangplank has been searching for Rhodes' great treasure. A treasure that far exceeded even his own.

Recently, rumors had about a man that can make your wildest dreams come true began to surface across Bildgewater. This man can give you anything want, but you must offer your soul in exchange. One fact about this strange man that has been on the minds of many that made a deal with him, is that he has a striking resemblance to Rhodes.

Play Style Support tank that makes deals with his allies, protects his assets, and all to become stronger in the late game.

Abilities Passive: Soul Bargain Soul Contract Rhodes starts the game with a unique item in his inventory called Soul Contract. When the Client leaves combat after killing at least one enemy champion, he/she will lose 1% of their current health per enemy champion killed (this can't be prevented or reduced) and will no longer be The Client. Rhodes will then gain bonus maximum health equal to the amount of health that the client lost. Unique Item: Soul Contract Active: Give a target ally champion a choice between Deal of Fortune, Deal of Power, or Deal of Longevity. The targeted ally will become The Client and gain the Client's Benefit of the deal that he/she chose. Rhodes becomes The Dealer and gain Dealer's Benefit of the deal the was chosen. Only one ally can be a client at a time and you can't activate this item while an ally is a client. Deal of Fortune Client's Benefit: Gold production rate is doubled and the amount of gold rewarded to the client is increased by 20% (rounded down). Dealer's Benefit: Adaptive (1.4 AD or 3 AP) damage and bonus Armor and MR (2.5 each) per Client's level. Deal of Power Client's Benefit: Adaptive (2.8 AD or 6 AP) damage per Dealer's level. Dealer's Benefit: Bonus Armor and MR (2.5 each) per Client's level, gold production rate is increased by 50%, and the amount of gold rewarded to the dealer is increased by 10% (rounded down). Deal of Longevity Client's Benefit: Bonus Armor and MR (5 each) per Dealer's level. Dealer's Benefit: Adaptive (1.4 AD or 3 AP) damage per Client's level, gold production rate is increased by 50%, and the amount of gold rewarded to the dealer is increased by 10% (rounded down). Soul Marking The Client's basic attacks applies Client's Mark to the target, which empowers Rhodes' abilities. Rhodes pulls out a spectral pump-action shotgun (which he uses like a pistol) with every third basic attack, hitting all enemies in a cone in front of himself for 33% of the damage and applying Dealer's Mark to each target hit. Whenever an enemy with Dealer's Mark is hit by one of the Client's damaging abilities, the damage is done to them is doubled and Dealer's Mark will be consumed. Client's Mark and Dealer's Mark can't be placed on a single enemy.

If the enemy hit has Client's Mark, than he/she will be stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds instead of being slowed. This consumes Client's Mark.

Afterwards, The Client will no longer be The Client and Rhodes will gain the health the client lost when the ability was activated of bonus maximum health.

Summary This is a champion that embodies both the businessman villain arch-type and the crossroads legends. Striking deals with his allies that benefit himself more than his client, focusing on the end game more than anything else. An extremely unique type of support champ.

Special Note I used to draw comic books back in High School, and this champion concept is an adapted version of what was the best villain that I ever came up with for those comics. If you don't like him as a League of Legends Champion but love him as a comic book villain, than please leave a comment to let me know. I just might consider going into the business.

Please don't be afraid to share your thoughts about my crossroads inspired champion. I really enjoy the feedback.

Nice concept, but holy fuck is the kit overloaded, a blitz pull with a slow (or even a long ass stun!). Potentially doubling the damage of an already insane nuke like veigar or fizz ult. A mini Kayle ult, imagine diving the client, and then getting marked and being useless! Not to mention the moving janna ult that also deals damage (without the knockback of janna ult). The idea is good, but the kit is waaaaaay to strong.

Edit: the contracts are busted too

Sorry that I took so long to reply (I have been taking a break from LoL). I really appreciate you're input and I will rework the concept as much as I could to make it more balanced without. It was--and still is--a concern of mine that I don't make him too much like Thresh.

Also, can you please elaborate on how the contracts are "busted"? The contracts is the back bone of his concept, so I wish to resolve that first.
