Bot game report option, veto team option, and New School gamemode

Option should be added to report players that should be in bot games, and in force a mandatory 5 bot game to return to ranked. Things to report for, dies to minions at level 2, runs away with cosmic radiance full health while enemy is at 50%. Also add a veto team option in the pre-game lobby so players are not forced to play with people that demand you to change your summoner spells, abbreviate the word you, or you read **** before the first ban has been made. Also this would fix the whole situation, emplaced a trivia option in the Game Mode section that is say 100 questions with 4-6 multiple choice questions that he or she must pass to move on to the next test, questions should start out with pre game lobby ethics then move up to champion stats and abilities, then say map facts, tier 4 item stats, tier 5 1v1 champion scenarios, then upgrade to 2v1,2v2,3v1,3v2, 3v3,4v1, 4v2, 4v3, 4v4,5v1, 5v2, 5v3, 5v4, 5v5, each set would have fixed locations for the interaction to take place, variables changed for instance if dragon is on the map, player levels and items, blue and red buff holders, minions present, player position and distance. Then once a player passes all test's he is allowed to q for a game mode called prestige ranked.
