@Riot Could we get Demon Teemo as a Halloween skin?

As memory serves, there's a Harrowing event around every Halloween, which is when certain skins are released. And a somewhat popular topic recently has been the Demon Teemo skin.

The creators of the skin have said that it won't be for sale and they won't make a custom skin, but this skin is one the best "Satan Teemo" concepts I've seen, and it would be amazing if Riot directly put in this skin or a similar skin.
