[Concept] New Pantheon Ability Concept?

Hey guys! So his passive now is that every 4 strikes or ability casts, he gains a buff that blocks the next Champion, Large Monster or Minion, or Tower shot. Just a quick idea, not gonna go into numbers or anything:

Passive: Pantheon has a spear and a sword. Casting Spear Toss throws the spear at an enemy, causing Pantheon to lose the spear. While his spear is stuck in the enemy, Pantheon pulls out his sword; losing attack range but gaining attack speed. If Pantheon strikes the target within 8 seconds with his sword, he rips the spear out of the enemy; dealing bonus physical damage (Scales with Q level) and gaining the spear again as his main weapon.

Q: Pantheon throws his spear, dealing damage to the enemy and impaling them with the spear for 8 seconds. While his sword is out, activating this ability will cause Pantheon's next basic attack to deal bonus physical damage and kicks (knocks) then enemy back slightly.

W: Same as the old pantheon. The old passive (The blocking one every few abilities) is now a passive on this ability only: Gains a block every 6/5/5/4/4 spells or auto attacks cast.

E: Same as the old pantheon. When his sword is out, the range of the cone attack is reduced.

R: Same as the old pantheon.
