This Mafia Urgot skin concept is perfect and probably close to what you had in mind with a "Gentleman" skin. I would prefer to put it in the Mafia skin line, though.

I doubt they'll make any skins like that in the future. imo, next Urgot skin (in 2021+ maybe... since it's among the rare champs to get a skins and he already got one not so long ago) - is more likely to be something more complex (pared with modern visual effects and gimmicky looks) - part of the current skin sets (Hextech, Guardian of the Sands, Project or maybe something more cute for a change).
