Suggesting an ultimate Galio skin : Super Hero Galio
The new Galio has definitely some kind of magical medieval superhero vibes : he is chiseled like a sexy gargoyle god, is nearly indestructible, possesses common flying brick powers, he staunchely defends his hometown and is an all-around do-gooder, when he has the opportunity. He even makes 3-point landings! A superhero staple, as Ryan Reynolds Deadpool would tell you.
Thus this idea for an ultimate Galio based around superheroes. He would start decked out in full Superman-esque attire, with some kind of stylized G logo on his chest. He would imprint it with his fists with his passive and would appear in his ult. His tornado could be reminiscent of Forecast Janna's, with newspapers and cartoon dust flying around. But then comes lvl 6, and a Kindred-like panel appears above the minimap. You see, superheroes often have to learn some new tricks to keep the readers interested after years and years of publication. For example Spider-Man got organic web after mystical shenanigans, Beast became a huge catman, Batman dressed in purple... etc.
Thus, with each rank of his ultimate, Galio would be able to choose (or not choose, like Elementalist Lux) a branch of superpowers, to improve himself lore-wise. It would be Science (Iron Man style), Magic (think Dr. Strange) or Mutation (Hey, X-Men). Once he chooses a branch, he could then choose one of three bodyparts to "pimp out" : chest / core, fists (more like arms and legs, but it's somewhat more glamour put like that) and wings.
Changing fists would modify passive, E and ult. Changing core would change W and ult. Wings would change Q E and ult. You can thus choose a storyline for your superhero, one where goes down the line of magic, or where he stays true to his original form but with pimping turbonuclear wings, or hybrid between the three branches... etc.
Now let's give some examples about each change. Mutant wings could be drake or bat-like, with dripping acid (the goal would be to enforce a Zerg-like, more horrific style for the mutation branch). Galio would throw blobs of acid that join in a tornado of liquid death, or leave drips of mucus behind when using E.
Magic fists would leave out an ethereal imprint on the ground, somewhat like broken glass (using Dr. Strange as reference for reality-breaking visuals). The ult symbol would be arcane-like, and the ground would shatter, or more exactly reality itself would shatter at the landing point. More generally Galio's fists would be adorned with eldritch symbols, and his limbs would glow with purplish arcane power, coursing through his stone veins.
Science core would make W somewhat similar to Hextech, mixed with a hint of PROJECT aesthetic. Somewhat like Iron Man's Arc Reactor, it would glow at all times in his chest, highlighting the new metal plates forming his insignia.
His quotes would also change with each transformation, with dedicated quotes to each variation of Q, W, E and ult. Ideally there also be new attacking and moving quotes for full branches, or hybrid branches. Or special quotes for vanilla Galios who choose to stay "pure" until the endgame.
Either that, or a King Galiong skin where he is a giant monkey with crude wings made of broken airplanes. His Q throws bananas which get slammed into a tornado of pulp.
