Good Kit for Pantheon if Riot wants to Rework him

Passive: Art of War - Pantheon gains 3% movement speed towards enemies.

Q - **Spear Shot ** - Pantheon throws his spear dealing AD damage and slowing enemies.

W - Emblem of the Warrior - Pantheon raise his shield reducing 30% up to 55% incoming damage. Note: You can auto attack the enemy while your shield is activated

E - Push Forward - Pantheon gains 35% decaying speed up to 60% and then slams the first enemy with his shield. Enemy hit with this ability will be stunned

R - for now this remains the same

Final Statement - All his abilities will be optimized if riot wants to have the idea of this champion. So please don't say its too overpowered or weak. They can all be customized - ps. Im just giving the idea of a champion . Its just an idea. Thank you :)
