[New champion concept] rey "the mole/the infiltrate"

(Sorry if my english sucks 🙃) The concept behind this champ is to add a new misterious spy inside lol. I did not think about his Lore or his appearance very much, he is just a guy/girl (nobody knows) that has never once revealed his true face, he/she is a master on disguiseing him/herselfe, his nickname is known by everyone of the underworld, she/he often appear brielfy in the tales that talks about the most famous war that happened in valoran,some think he/she is a ghost,other that she/he is just a skillful mercenary, but only one think is sure...he/she appear always out of nowhere and get his job done in the fastest way possible thanks to few wierd tricks and unknown magics.

Rey is an ap assasin/bruiser that can be played at best in the jungle or midlane thanks to his particular skillset Rey's skills (in particular his passive and ultimates) revolves arround this concept of unpredictable spy/assasin.

Passive (.....insert edgy name) Unlike evelyn that is a perma-stealth champ,Rey can be seen by everyone but he never appears on the enemy map,not even if spotted by control wards (This because he is suppose to be on disguise and he is not considered an enemy,just a dude passing by...) Btw wards just does not reveal his position on the map,but he is not stealth,if you move the camera where he is you can see him. (I think this ability is awessome on envadeing enemy jgl and maybe split push or get objects and it puts more pressure on the enemy than ww passive,but if the team communicates well he can be hard countered since he is very squishy and often alone)

Q (....) Is a skillshot that makes rey blink behind the first enemy hitted dealing magic damage and leaving a clone in the place where rey was that disappear after 1 sec slowing enemy in a short area arround the clone

W(....) Passive: Rey's basics attack deal bonus magic damage Active: Rey double his attack speed for 2 sec and his next 3 auto attacks are empowed

E(....) Rey explode (yeah it looks like he kamikaze attacks) dealing magic damage arround him and he reappear where you direction him (basicly is a new way to dash,think about a rakan w mixed with a katarina passive when she picks a dagger

R(the ultimate is where Rey really shines) (For the range i was thinking the same of tf ulti,but you can nerf it to a evelyinn's w ) Rey swap place instantly with one of your allied champions,fearing the enemy arround on the arrival,gaining bonus magic damage like shadow assasin kayn passive The place swap can be also casted again,this time by the allied chosen,time limit for the recast 5 second (the recast will appear on the alloed r button,i introduce this to avoid players that picks ray to troll his allies and to create flashy play thanks to your team mate helps, it also gives to this pour squishy assasin a way out after he uses the full combo) (The concept behind the ulti is that Rey was disguised as the allied champ and he was waiting the right time to strike his victims)

I think that a champ like Rey would introduce a fun playstyle in lol and he is also not overpower as it sound, mind that if played mid can be abused early on by the enemy laner (he would be like fizz or tf),while in jungle he has a bad clear and no sustain, yet if played good he can put tons of pressure thanks to his ulti and passive,he can save his team mates swaping with them or he could follow a malphite engage swapping with him, dealing damage and confusing the enemy thanks to his kit,than get out again thanks to the allied recast, he can be really weak in 1 vs 1, even tough he can 1shoot carrys if feed and if you get the skillshot right. I really hope riot create a champ like Rey
