Seen a little bit of Vlad lately. Honestly Vlad just needs a rework, he is the only champ Riot has openly stated that they wish they had not put into the game because using health to get health is a terrible mecahnic
hes better as a mid laner now then a top laner because hes not as tanky as the other top laners in the meta

Yeah, not everything has to be seizure inducing rapid-clicking to be fun. Positioning used to be important until riot became obsessed with everyone having multiple dashes & blinks.
Hmm, actually what both of you said makes complete sense, probablly on the higher elo he isnt as great as others are, but he is ok for lower elos.
