General Suggestions

Make it so u can re-roll a permanent skin with orange essence or blue? Make a higher chance to get a skin for a champ that u own than 1 for a champ that u don't own (not counting rotation) Make it so a champ of rare or high can be re-rolled into something else (no guarantee so could go from like rare to common or legend to common or rare to legend , some random chance) Able to buy a random skin from a selected champion for essence (would be really cool! and a lot of people would like this feature!!) Make it so the more chests u have the higher chance to get a key fragment..
