To put it in my friends words, "he is the only champion from 2012 with only one other skin to NOT haven gotten a new skin yet. Even Yasuo is getting a new skin soon." The hope with my friends was that it would be Victorious Kha'Zix but that's not happening.
So where is the Kha skin guys? It'd be nice if we could get SOME sort of red response but...
The Victorious skin doesn't get doled out to any champion that needs a skin. It's given to a champion that had a huge impact on the competitive scene. Jarvan, Janna and Elise all did that in the seasons they were given a Victorious skin.
With how dominate Morgana has been as a support it's no wonder she was chosen for the Victorious skin, regardless of how many skins she already has.
Additionally, @Longevity: Ghost Bride, Black Thorn and Sinful Succulence are all pretty nice and fairly popular. She's not at a lack of good skins.
To be clear, I don't have a problem with it being Victorious Morgana. I actually really want the skin. Its just that I have friends who are disappointed in not having a Kha skin yet.
This is why I dislike the Beta boards; if it gets too much downvotes it'll never get replied to by a Red.
People don't like Morgana because she has ugly skins. Pretty skins = people play them more. That is logic.
He was nerfed so hard kha is unable to be victorious at this time ^_^

Really? You are sad that they chose Morgana? I don't even think they were going for top teir in this to be honest. I don't care for Morgana and hardly play as her but why doesn't she deserve a skin? Kha'Zix is awesome but isn't he still in the 6300 IP bracket that still makes him a new champion. At least in my opinion. There are so many champions no one cares about anymore. I hardly ever see a Malzahar mid...
Very disappointed that they choose Morgana over much better champions like Lucian, Kha'zix, or mid laners like ziggs etc.
At least these champions would have really good effects and these champions have made a much bigger impact in the pro scene than morgana.
Morgana already has too many skins for her own good, all with pretty decent effects.
This is just riots cop out excuse to make a really easy skin for a cheap champion that everyone has, because they did not want to give a free 6300 champions to all of the players gold and above. They can't argue for already having a mid and jungle victorious skins (jarvan and kayle don't really contend/fit with the newer riven, thresh ones). We already have a support victorious champion, why another support.
And I don't even think the long time morgana mains will even be happy, because it is a skin representing the death of their mid lane morgana (in favour of the support one).
Kha zix, lucian, syndra, so many different champions for other lanes, and they choose morgana, who isn't even liked by players.
Edit. I completely forgot about victorious janna. That makes 3 supports if morgana goes through.
