[Champion Concept] Arc, the Storm's Wrath
Hey everyone. This post is about Arc. I know its a bit too quick but you guys requested so here it is! Also, thanks for the comments. It really helped.
Lore While Mount Targon is better known for the warlike Rakkor and the mighty Solari, some stories tell tales of an unidentified beast lurking in its caves. Everyone who ventured into its caves never returned until Leona and Pantheon decided to explore the caverns. No one knows what happened but when they emerged, they sent a warning to the residents of Mount Targon. "The Storm is coming."

Abilities** Attack: 7 Health: 5 Mana: 4 Difficulty: 4
Innate: Overcharge Arc has a 10/15/20% chance(at levels 1/6/11) to release a lightning bolt with his auto attacks. The bolts deal 7 x (7+level) magic damage to 4 additional targets. Always procs every 12 seconds.
Q: Scorching Bolt Active: Arc summons a bolt of lightning to strike an area dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+0.4AP) physical damagewhile slowing enemies by 20% for 1 second. Enemies hit in the center are dealt 90/135/180/225/270(+0.6AP) physical damage while slowing by 40% for 1 second. Mana cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Range: 1000
W: Static Shield Active: Arc summons a shield equal to 10/11/12/13/14% of his maximum health. Enemies that attack him while the shield is active are dealt 10/16/22/28/34(+2.5%) of their maximum health as magic damage. The shield lasts for 6 seconds. Mana cost: 50 Cooldown: 8 seconds
E: Lightning Rush Passive: Increase attack speed by 20/25/30/35/40% Active: Arc turns into a bolt of lightning and rushes to a target location dealing 70/105/140/175/210(+0.3AP) magic damage. Mana cost: 50 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
R: Storm's Calling Active: Arc summons the power of the Storm, gaining 100% proc chance on his passive for 7 seconds. In this state, Arc deals 2/3/4% of the targets maximum health as bonus physical damage with his auto attacks.
