Key Fragments

I have friends who get a lot of S's when we play together. I get a lot of hextech chests from these games, but I do not have the key fragments to unlock them all. The key fragments are based on honor levels, and I have been receiving a lot of honors lately, but I still have more chests that I cannot open. You can consider this or you don't have to, but I'm just putting an idea that the key fragments needed in order to make a full key should be reduced to 2 key fragments. Thank you. :^D
