Necromancer Champion Concept

So lately, for anyone who actually cares, I've been very frustrated and pretty much almost depressed with League lately and because of that I haven't been inspired to bring out some of my concepts. But after deciding to take a day/day-in-a-half break from it, I feel a little more upbeat to bring this concept out. Basically I just focused on the design of the kit in general so there won't be any lore or character to this as I usually do. Nor are there any set numbers because again I just worked on the design of how the kit would be.

Passive - Killing a unit grants bonus health regen for X amount of seconds. Champion kills or assists extend the duration. (Regen scales with lvl)

Q - Deals base amount of magic damage + % AP to enemies and drains a portion of their mana pool and they can't regen mana for 1 second. You regain a portion of your mana back for each % amount of mana drained from each champion. (Note: This mana drain can't work against manaless champions with the exception of energy based ones, such as Shen or Zed. If feedback provides that this is too unfair or doesn't make sense, I'll remove it.)

W - Targets an area, dealing base damage + % AP to all enemies inside and slowing them for X seconds. At the same time, spawns a zombie from the ground + 1 for each unit killed, two for champion kills. Zombies have there own stats, have individual life timers (so they don't die off all at once like Malz's Voidlings), can only spawn more if they kill a unit, and take extra damage from turrets.

E - Targets an ally, enemy or zombie. The target is struck with a debuff effect with a countdown, enemies taking damage over the course of the duration. When the duration ends after X seconds or if the target is killed, they explode, dealing damage + % AP + increased damage for how long the debuff lasted on the target ( ex. if the target died after 3 seconds it would deal 200 damage, but if the target is alive still after say the 7 second duration it would deal 500 damage). Allied champions are not harmed by the blast, but zombies and allied minions are consumed by the explosion, no matter their health. If this ability is used to kill an zombie, all other zombies nearby gain a smaller debuff with the same effect but smaller damage and duration.

R - Marks an enemy champion for X seconds. During this time, zombies will occasionally spawn near and all zombies will target the champion, gaining increased movement speed towards them and they have true sight on them. When X zombies are damaging the target, they gain increased attack speed their attacks slow the target, slow increasing for every X zombies attacking. However, if a certain number of zombies are attacking the target, the target is instead suppressed, similar to Warwick's ult. If the target is killed from the zombies or if the zombies assisted in the kill, they regain a large portion of their health back and all of the duration of them are reset.

##Overview and Development

So the idea for this surprisingly came from Magic the Gathering, specifically black mana. For those who don't know, black mana in magic is mostly about selfishness, taking what you don't have, gaining power for a price, etc. It's also where you're most likely to find zombie cards and with that in mind I just rolled the theme with it. The other inspiration was having a champion that had an army of minions. Now I know a lot of you are probably thinking Malzahar when I say this but the thing is I just never got that feeling from him. He just kinda summons some of them and helps them with their target but other then that he doesn't really interact with them. Other champions that kinda got me into thinking of the whole army champion were Azir and Yorick, but again I never really felt this way about them. Azir is suppose to be an emperor controlling armies and so that's how I felt when I first saw him. But now after being out for a few years, he's more of an AP ADC champion if you look at it. And Yorick....well he's Yorick. He's very out of date and even with his ghouls it doesn't feel like an army nor does he interact with them other then just summoning them. I just wanted to create a champion that actually felt like creating an army was possible.

Gameplay is pretty simple if you look over carefully. Q is to help keep your mana up as well as put pressure on your opponent, W is your core, R someone to pretty much nuke them and E just seemed interesting to play with. You can cast it on an ally and get an avenging kill, cast it on your zombies when they got someone with their R so you just pin the enemy champ and then just bomb him, cast it on yourself as a last defense if you're going to die, there's just a lot of stuff you can do with this.
