gravity field changes

I think viktor's w should be changed in the following ways:

1: Make it a persistent effect that costs a (larger) flat amount of mana (limit 1 field deployed at a time). 2: Make the knockdown a persistent effect after the brief arming delay.

3: (stretch but interesting concept) allow him to activate the skill again while a he or an allied champion is in the field to "bounce" all friendly targets making them untargetable for a brief duration but preventing them from acting while not changing their movement direction/speed. This could additionally instantly add 1 stack to enemy champions giving him more reliable utility.
