Do something with Yasuo

We all know this guy...
I think yasuo is one of the most banned champs in league and akali was nerfed for big ban rate. Yasuo is banned or played in every game and if I want to play him I have to play blind and blind ranked are not exist. I want to say yasuo need nerf or rework! yea he is not easy to play, but still perma banned and I think this is enough to some champion get a nerf or rework. It feels like if you want to play any mid/top champions you have to know how to play against him. Nerf his laning phase or something...
