Seriously Riot PLEASE

Please design some system that just makes it impossible to play certain champs in certain roles.

Now im not saying for all champs but just for the obvious champs that never need to attempt certain roles.

Like my last game for intense. it was a ranked game and our jungler was TEEMO!!!

Needless to say it was the most unfun, frustrating experience i have ever had on this game.

No ganks...ANY LANE. he was executed early 2 times to buffs. He had no items ...until the end because the game went over 44 minutes...but at the 30 min mark he only had 2 items built. i was support and had more gold and farm than him and most of it was clearing minions out our base while he chased people around on his way to 21 deaths.

Now there is no way to keep a champ from going into the jungle but you can at least disable jungler items for champs like teemo or any other champ that has no business trying to jungle.

if not for all formats at least ranked play.
