Librarian Champion Concept

i gained some inspiration from the new Lux Elemenatlist skin coming soon with how your able to switch forms. i usually like to take a few months and brew on a concept and come up with unique and more balanced mechanics, but this one i just wanted to throw the thought out there.

Role: Mage Catagory: Artillery Mage Lane: Mid

Abilitys - Note: Ultamite is unlocked at level 1 and cant be upgraded (moving the 3 extra points to his other abilitys)

Passive - A Tale of A Lifetime: Once he exits combat with an enemy champion he gains a stack of The Tale for every 4 seconds you where in combat. Every 3 stacks of The Tale adds 5 increased base damage to The Book of Ages and increasing cast range by 10 (Maximum 40 stacks). every 30 stacks he can upgrade one of (W) ability effects

Buying Amplifying Tome's and upgrades to them increase the maximum cap by 10 and add 3 extra stacks.

Q - Active: He casts one of his abilitys from the book. (this ability needs more to justify the 6 ranks, ideas welcome)

Cost: 35 Mana No cooldown

W - : Passive: he has 3 different spells each having thier own effect and reactivating this ability allows him to rotate between them. 1 - : he sends a arking bolt to a target area dealing () magic damage. subsuqent bolts fired have thier cooldown reduced by 10% stacking up to 4 times cooldown: 6 seconds 2 - : a shock wave is sent out from around the book dealing () magic damage and knocking enemys to the edge of the books range cooldown: 8 seconds 3 - : after a 1.25 second delay he blanket's an area with 20 bolts of lightning each dealing () magic damage reducing by 15% for every subsuqent bolt hit (maximum 50% reduced damage) cooldown: 12 seconds

No Cost No Cooldown

E - : Active: a plate for is created that rotates around the book's max range for 7/8/9/10/11/12. moving on top of it and standing still moves him on it for the duration.

No Cost Cooldown: 12 seconds

R - The Book of Ages: Passive: every 10 stacks of The Tale increase the duration of The Book of Ages by 3 seconds

Active: He drops his book on the ground that lasts 15 seconds and enabling him to cast (W's) ability's. After 2.5 seconds of the book being on the ground walking over the book will pick it up and reduce the cooldown by 60%

Cooldown: 20 seconds **Cost: **60 Mana Range: 300 units Health: 5 bars
