Know what would be cool?

a void champion that uses his own health in order to relocate enemy champions,Minions,Creeps,Epic monsters A champion with 0 limiter on how much health you can use in order to charge up his abilities ( Can go into overkill mode and use ALL of his health to target an enemy champion and do massive ammounts of damage whilst doing so ) A champion who could teleport like shen or transfer blood ( Health ) to allied champions at the cost of his own hp and potentially his life A champion who could switch Between forms like Elise ( Example one form could be like soraka but cost 2x more health and apply a slow to allied champion while health is being transfered whilst the second form could be for attacking enemy champions moving them around siphoning blood from enemies ETC )

Note said champion would use health as a resource for casting
