The long waits

Today i waited like half an hour to start a ranked game because the new system , which is awesome and i love it, but some people always mess up something and the que is renewed , so i was thinking what about some kind of a punishment/reward system for all the players if someone in the opposite team leaves, take some LP like 10 or so and give it to the other team so everyone is happy. Tho this can be exploited make some cap of like 3 times a day , this is like 6 LP for a day so it's not that much but it's something i've been a lot of times with 96-99 points in the league and the next win is like a waste of time to get to promotions.
