Overloaded Legends: Ashe
So, a thought came to my head. What if every champion could be made as overloaded as possible. I decided to write my thoughts on what would be overloaded versions of a champion, while still keeping their theme. I'll start with the champions I know fairly well, and are pretty easy to stick to their theme. Starting with Ashe

Passive: Ashe's auto attacks apply a freezing stack on the enemy. Each stack slows their movement speed by 5%, attack speed by 2% and increases her damage against them by 5% and attack speed by 2%. Stacks are capped at 20, and at 20 stacks, the enemies are frozen, doubling the damage that Ashe does to them (yes, her 5% passive turns to 10%). Frozen enemies are stunned for 2 seconds, and when they thaw they rapidly lose their freezing stacks and during thawing, more stacks cannot be applied and are immune to being frozen for 5 seconds. Ashe cannot crit, instead her crits apply 2 frozen stacks instead of 1.
Q: Ashe can selectively chill a target, applying 5 stacks of freezing instantly on the selected enemy. They have their movement speed further reduced by 35% for 1.5 seconds. The chilled enemies leave behind a freezing trail, slowing the movement speed of any enemies that walk in it by 35% as long as they are in the trail while giving her bonus health regeneration.
W: Ashe quickly fires three arrows at five of the closest enemies (this includes minions). Each arrow deals 30% of her total AD and applies a stack of freezing. This can be done while she is moving.
E: This is like Drow Ranger's gust from dota. Ashe blows a gust of freezing wind, pushing enemies away from her (like how Syndra's E works), slowing them by 75% for 1 seconds. The gust also reveals the area and gives her the same effect as the trail left by her chilled enemies if she walks over it.
R: Ashe takes aim (think Jhin ultimate) and fires an arrow which has global range and applies freezing stacks depending on how far it travelled. It leaves behind the same trail as chilled enemies leave behind. The arrow can apply stacks ranging from 1-20, and stuns enemies for 0.5-3.5 seconds. The arrow needs to have traveled more than 75% of the map to apply max stacks and stun duration. After 2 seconds, the chilling trail freezes, forming a wall along the arrow's path. Only Ashe can walk through the wall, and she can selectively thaw it with a recast. Enemies on the trail rapidly gain frozen stacks over the 2 seconds, and if they are still on the trail when it freezes, they freeze along with it as well.
