Champion name : spark

Wassup league ! I'm a fan of you're game but that's not all I gotta say. I've been thinking of a new champ you can put in the future. The champ can be half human half robot. More robot than human thought.his passive should be that every time his below of half health gets a small amount of movement speed/attack speed. Q- shoots out a line of electricity and who ever he hits with it he gets +25 attack speed, the range should be as long as jinxes zap.His w- he flashes something out of his hands or eyes that fears the enemy for 1.5 seconds, the range should be the same as annie's w. E- he summons 2-3 electrical minions that zap people when they step into their range, should be tiny like a minions but more robotic. R- he shoots out a missile, it's an aoe all map ult, but it slows and does damage. Mana for each skill Q- 100 W-150 e-50
