For starters, this is my first post on lol boards so please don't be too harsh, whoever this idea has been brewing in my mind for a rather long while now and after seeing THIS Reedit thread I thought I should go ahead and throw this out in the open.

I am not one to use custom skins/textures from both fear of my account getting banned and the fact that it is relatively hard to install them, I will be honest i did try once but only ended up breaking my game. Whoever I would love to be able to change the skin of my favorite champions, I am one of those creative people that like to customize everything they touch and I am sure that the idea of Irelia with a 2B skin has to get anyones blod rushing.

Therefore I ask You all to imagine if Riot was to add a tab to the launcher, Comunity Content where if you had, this is just an example, honor lvl 3+ you could upload your own skins and than the community could up/down vote them. The skins should be keep only player side to prevent things such inviz abilities and such. How cool would it be for you to play LiliPichu skied lux? Or even better, Being able to bring back the Star Guardian Ahri Announcer [sg-ahri-2] and than of course we would need at least 100 different Soraka Jungle skins.

I urge you to consider this as it is a possibly great feature that league is missing. There is a lot more that this can add but that's my proposal to Riot. I hope this gets pushed up in boards and I hope you all have an amazing day!
