Squetie, the Guardian of the Sea
CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
Squetie is an aquatic flower that lives very deep within the largest ocean of Runeterra. Her face is of a similar substance to a coral reef that is silvery and sparkly while what surrounds that looks like giant blue daisy petals, but is actually thick, tough and warming blubbery skin. Having a stem-like body that is highly durable and flexible, has two arms and hands with three leaf-like fingers and a transparent dress below that that looks like the top of a giant jellyfish and hidden inside are tentacle legs that act like a propeller to swim at varying speed and when on land act like legs and feet to walk around. Yes, Squetie can dwell and walk around on land, the only reason she needs to go back to a body of water is to re-hydrate to stay alive making dry places a no go for her.

Squetie is a supportive mage intended for the duo-lane, but the one that farms for gold, opening up essentially a duo-support lane. The reason for this is because Squetie is very gold reliant to do well and placing her in a solo lane is kind of waste since placing her ahead in levels does not really boaster her power very much, but getting her ability power on the other hand is very strong and becomes a late game monster!
Attack Range: 575 units Attack Speed: 0.675 +4% per level Movement: 335 units per second
Mystic Bubbles (Passive): Range: 600 units Squetie's attack deals 15 - 40 (+25%AP) bonus magic damage on-hit plus 5 - 20 (+10%AP) additional magic damage for every nearby allied champion.
Dampen (Q): Cooldown: 3 seconds; Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana; Range: 650 units Squetie douses the target enemy with water, dealing 60/80/100/120/140(+80%AP) magic damage and reducing its damage by 15%(+5% per 100AP) for 1.5 seconds.
Dampen deals 50% bonus damage against minions and monster. Direct executes refund its mana cost.
Life Essence (W): Cooldown: 20 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 600 units Passive: Squetie heals herself and nearby allied champions for 3/6/9/12/15(+5%AP) health on hit, increased to 15/30/45/60/75(+25%AP) health on hit against champions and epic monsters. This passive is disabled while Life Essence is on cooldown.
Active: Squetie heals herself and all nearby allies for 90/120/150/180/210(+150%AP) health.
Spiral Stream (E): Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana; Range: 1000 / 100 units Squetie sends a stream of water to her right that continually goes around and spiral inwards until it reaches its centre in the target direction, dealing 60/85/110/135/160(+60%AP) magic damage to struck enemies and slowing those that stand on the stream by 25/30/35/40/45%.
Once the stream reaches its centre point, the entire stream will jump up and knock up enemies for 1.5 seconds and deal a further 40/50/60/70/80(+40%AP) magic damage.
Super Bubble (R): Cooldown: 150/110/70 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 575 units Squetie surrounds herself with a giant bubble for the next 2(+0.5 per 100AP) seconds, protecting herself and all allies inside from damage, crowd control and other harmful things from sources that are outside of the bubble. Super Bubble stops enemy dashes and similar effects upon making contact against the surface from either side.
Enemies that are stopped by Super Bubble are dealt 200/300/400(+100%AP) magic damage, this includes if the target is launched into its ceiling by Spiral Stream.
