Arc Beacon Enchants your trinket with the effects 'Arc' and 'Beacon'.
ARC: Using a charge of your trinket charges your next basic attack against a champion, dealing 65 - 240 (+ 0.25 bonus AD) (+ 0.15 AP) bonus adaptive damage. BEACON: While you have no charges on your trinket you gain true sight of all enemy champions within a 300 unit radius of you, and you gain 3% Movement Speed.
The Inspiration tree isn't supposed to have any damage in it. Literally, not a single rune on the tree gives any actual up-front damage.
Besides the fact that 65 adaptive damage at level 1 is pretty strong (that's stronger than two Electrocute procs) and would result in people just using their warding totem charges to cheese kills.
This really doesn't fit the Inspiration tree. It doesn't give you more opportunities to do something interesting, it just encourages you to waste wards for a burst of damage.
A vision-focused keystone would be awesome, but we really don't need another damage keystone.
That Beacon is too OP
