legendary skins

so there is a few in the games now and looking at the new tresh skin just how amazing it in term of spell voice animation ect ect is there something gonna be done to old legendary skin like stuff like mundo olaf corki ect got legendary skin but they are obviously old and are no way near the level of todays legendary skin and be nice and fair if they got an uppgrade to be kinda like cool as these skins
