Ban,Chat and Mute

Well, I'm writing on the forum because I got Ban and I think I deserve it but I thought Riot Game was not helping my cause. I do not understand that Riot Game has not yet had the idea that we can remove chat because its for the reason that I am '' Toxic '' and that when someone insults you want to do it too or that a group of friends of 3people report to you ... its on that you make ban and the people who will say yes but you can just mute them ... just its not useful and its even stupid because if your teammate say something important like doing drake or someone wants me to hire a TF I can not see that. So I propose the idea that we can remove the chat.
