Request for an artist's skill

Hello everyone, I am a huge fan of anivia and this picture is honestly one of my favorites because it makes her green and adds a new element to her. I was hoping to make this image my desktop background but the current image size is too small. I was hoping that someone in the community would be kind enough to photoshop/edit a 1920x1080 image of anivia into the same fashion so that I may use it as my desktop background. I would be forever grateful for someone if they put the time into doing this.
