Passive: Salvation. All allied champion within 6000 range below 40% hp have a alert mark. Boost Soraka 70% MS she walks to marked champion. 2500 range Heal a allied champion over 40% their hp put passive to a 120/90/60s cooldown and give the healed champion 35% Soraka's MS, Soraka gain 70% MS for 0.5-2s depend on her missing health. Q: Starcall (cd/mana cost to be added) Passive: Give her 1 stack of Star stone for each enemy champion hit by Starcall. Last for 2s. 1 stack give her 2/4/6/8/10 amour and mr Active: same as live W:Astral Infusion (cd to be added) Passive: Heal allies gives them all stack of Star Stone. Soraka can't have stack for 15s after transfer. Wish's heal have the half effect Active: Throw a small invisible mist to an area that give sight for both team. Ally went in heal him/her for 60/90/120/150/180 hp (+15% bonus ap). Mist landed on a allied give half heal (full heal on Alert marked allies). Enemy went in reduce him/her and Soraka amour and mr by 2/4/6/8/10 for 2s. E: Equinox Active: same as live with additional below Enemies within area without their MS reduction will be silenced for 1.5s Enemies within area with theit MS reduction will be root for 1.5s R: Wish (Cannot be cast if no Alert marked ally around). Active: Soraka channel for 6s then become a shiny Soraka for 10s. Heal 50/100/150 hp to all allies at the start of channeling. Shiny Soraka heals all nearby allies 200/250/300(+40% ap) over 5s. Alert marked allies have bonus 1-30% effect depend in their missing health.

As a main Soraka, i think her live ulti is op. So i give them a chance to counter this incredible heal. And i love how perfect her old Q mr reduction, so i make it return to her w as a trap.
