New games modes riot should do

My first thought of new game modes is having full build at lv 1 im not talking like 6 Infinity edges but a certain amount of coins that will give you to full build or at least to 5 or 4 completed items i thought this might be a fun game mode and the other one i was thinking of was bringing back all the old items Old items + new items = a pretty fun game mode or so i think what do you think riot should do and do you guys got any other game modes
