Custom Summoner Icon

I would like that riot would imput a custom summoner icon so we could create or input our own summoner icons We would create our own icon so we would not be stuck with these old icons and if you have a team you could input your own team icons so you can look like a real team and feel like a real team and you don't have to use those created msi and worlds icons cause you can have your "own" team icon
