Noah, the Mechanical Creator. - champ concept
Noah is a very short yordle with electric blue hair and a metal suit. He has a short red nose.
Primary and Secondary Roles: Fighter Secondary Mage
P- Success over Power
Noah gains 8% more ability power and attack damage for each drone on the battlefield Additionally, Noah gains 12% movement speed and 6(+1/level) armor and magic resist for 2.5 seconds after he damages someone with a drone.
Q- Aerial Strafe
Sends a drone slowly flying in a direction, rapidly firing bullets at up to two nearby targets as it passes by them, - 10//11/12/13/14 per second - each dealing 4/6/8/10/12 (+3% AD and AP) magic damage. Upon reaching the end of its path, it sends out a core pulse, stunning nearby enemies for 1.2 seconds and then returning 50% faster to Noah, still shooting bullets but for less time.
W- Search Mission
Sends a drone equipped with a security camera along a path, revealing all enemy units but stopping upon revealing an enemy champion. The drone then dashes to the enemy and explodes, dealing 40/65/90/115/140 (+35% AP) magic damage to enemies in the area.
E- Live Drone
Creates a living drone, revolving Noah for up to 8 seconds. When Noah hets attacked by an enemy champion, the drone shields him from the next attack from them (for 3 seconds maximum) and then dashes toward any nearby ally (will protect minions if no champions are nearby), giving them the same effect and then dashing toward the next ally. Unlimited bouncing, but will dissapear if it's current target dies. The drone will then follow the killer for 3 seconds, amplifying damage dealt to them by 8/9/10/11/12% and revealing them.
R- Metallic Disc
Noah flings a disc toward a direction, dealing 50/70/90 (+17% AP, 13% AD) magic damage to the first enemy Champion hit and slowing them by 8/9/10%. The drone then bounces back to Noah and shields him for 20/30/30 (+5% AP) damage while boosting his movement speed by 6/7/8%. The disc will keep bouncing between the enemy and Noah as long as they remain within 15 meters of eachother, stacking the movement debuffs/buffs and the shield for each hit and dealing the same damage consistently four times then reducing to 50% for subsequent hits afterwards.
