Champion concept

Hello! first time posting on this type of thread i hope you like my idea it's something i had on my mind for quite a while so i was thinking of posting it here now LETS START. : his name is Norru and his little brothor name is Mutro : lore i'm not the best at story telling so don't juge me. Norru and Mutro are boys that lives in a small home they sometimes go out and look for some treasure so they can buy food to eat. one day they found a really ancient weapon witch is a nunchuck and mutro did a really horrible mistake. he got closer to the weapon and it started to glow bright as soon as he touched the nunchuck his soul was getting sucked in Norru tried to help him but when he grabbed his hand his soul was getting pulled out aswell he quickly let go and after that he fell back hit on his head and passed out. when he woke up his brother was gone but then he heard his voice and it was comeing from the weapon he walked toward it and he said "mutro is that you?" then he heard him say "HELP ME GET ME OUT OF HERE" norru picked up the weapon and then he started to gain all of the weapons knowledge he thrown it down and he said "ow what was that and why do i feel wired?" then his brother said " i don't know it might be some type of wired spell" then norru said "hmm gasp HEY MAYBE WE CAN FIND A WIZERD THAT CAN HELP US OUT!" then mutro said "thats a great idea but where are we going to fined one" then norru said "i don't know i guess we just have to look for one lets go". ok and that's it sorry for my bad english but yea now i guss it's time to look at the skills they have : PASSIVE when norru gets close to an enemy he starts to spin his nunchuck and gets a slite ms boost when he hits an enemy he dose 10/20/30 extrea dmg the cooldown is 3 sec : Q dose a double aa and burns the target for 2 sec dmg is 50/60/70/75 cooldown 5 sec cost 15 soul energey : W norru deflects the attack back to the target he can only deflect one ranged attack cooldown 10 sec cost 60 soul energey : E norru dose a slite knock up to the target dmg 5/10/15 cooldown 5 cost 30 soul energey : R norru gets a boost of ad and all of your abilities get a 1 sec cooldown he can dash to the target you picked but can not dash to an already dashed one when you r you only have 5 sec before it runs out cost 120 soul energey : cant really show the champ because i suck at drawing but oh well. aaand thats it hope you liked it and have a good day/night :D
