Rotating Game Mode

I was thinking the other day that if Riot didn't destroy all the files for past champs from the game, that it would be cool to have a game mode including champs before their reworks or significant changes. Like it would probably be impossible with the current client but who doesn't miss the insane AP Sion or AP Trist. It'd be nice to mess around for like a week as them.
