BoC and Ohmwreker combined Rework to solve the BoC problem

With BoC being remove and Ohmwreker being used rarely, Why not make a concept that combines the 2 that balance it out because BoC has a potential too.

BTW, The possible solution that I could think off is that you should combine ohmwreker and BoC with revision and tweaks ofc! Make it as a support item intended too, plus make it expensive as a late game item.

My intake with this item is just like this:

Ohmwreker's Staff (3400 gold)

Recipe: Raptors cloack, AotL and kindlegem

+70 armor +10% cooldown reduction +40 magic resist +150% base health regeneration

UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Builds up to 20% bonus movement speed over 2 seconds while near turrets, fallen turrets and Void Gates.

UNIQUE – PASSIVE OVER AGGRESSIVE: Targets an enemy turret to prevent it from attacking for 3 seconds. This effect disables AGGRESSIVE OVER PASSIVE when used. (120 second cooldown)

UNIQUE – AGGRESSIVE OVER PASSIVE : Greatly increases the power of a lane minion, granting it 25% reduced damage from enemy champions, 55% bonus damage against turrets and bonus stats. The effect breaks off after 30 seconds and disables PASSIVE OVER AGGRESSIVE when used. (120 second cooldown).

This should be a point and click item. Clicking a tower and a minion empowering its wave. Its a strategic item considering that you must choose one passive at a time and you cannot choose the each other before that 120 seconds wearies off. It kinda balances off the BoC item too.

About the items name, i think they should retain ohmwreker as a name but improvise it like the one i used above. Why staff? because the item look like a staff and just an ohmwreker as a name is kinda lewl. And I come up with a lore with it too. " Ohmwreker's staff is the weapon that all sorcerers/wizards wanted because it can prevent enemy attacks specially their weapons, it empower its allies by buffing them and many more. In short, its overpowered and menacing. It was given to Ohmwreker by the higher ups in Icathia alongside wit's end/magical sword because they are the new predecessor that will guide icathia to goodness until that tragedy/catastrophe started."
