Customizable tabs!

Similar to the marksman categories and mage in champion select, I want to have a way to sort out the champions that I want to play. Like we could name the tabs "TOP LANERS" or "ADCS" that we customize like adding all the champs a single person would play that they could be able to edit in collection!
