New Inspiration Keystone Rune Suggestion: Generosity

Seeing the new rune system and noticing the keystone still in development, i'd like to make my suggestion, or want to know if the rioters already had this idea and how was it implemented and why was it scrapped.

I call it Generosity: If the player kills an enemy champion with one or more allies in range, the player doesnt imediately recieve the gold reward, and all the assisting allies recieve a Generosity mark. Instead it recieves the reward equivalent to an assist, and recieves an temporary trinket which can be used on a marked ally to give it the kill reward money. This effect can only happen once every X seconds. If the trinket is not used in Y seconds, it expires and its owner recieves the reward as usual. This effect does not proc Champion-Kill based effects (e.g. Draven's Passive, Jinx's Passive, Rengar's Passive, Legend runes in the Precision branch, etc.)

I believe it fits the "rule-bending" style of Inspiration runes, and allows for different approaches for players: Aggressive supports don't need to break the flow of battle to make sure your ADC gets the kill (unless for proccing the before mentioned effects); Junglers can have a more impactful approach to ganks, allowing the laning players to keep ahead; Tankier Top-laners can allow its snowballier allies to reach their power spikes earlier, between others. It would also help with unintentional kill steals.

Another approach would be to instantly swap rewards or to divide evenly between the killing player and the nearest assisting ally. Overall, if used or implemented correctly, i believe this keystone would be one step to the right direction, both in the gameplay and in the social aspect of the game.

So, how about this? Edit: I'm not sure if this is the right board for this post, just FYI
