*new* ranking concept

I'm really tired of losing games that i have absolutely no control of based off of my teams actions. I could go 20 and 0, lose a game and no one would care i would be treated like a loser and maybe even demoted to ranks that i do not belong in. Just lost one of my provisionals and i don't even know where i will get placed. Last season i went 7 and 3 (pretty good) and i got dropped 5 ranks from my previous level. Going down from silver 3 to bronze 3 after winning 70% of my provisionals. If you can't tell by my name i play csgo which i feel is a much better experience for the casual competitive players. This game has mo much less stress for a few reasons. First in csgo you don't have lp to watch over to get you on tilt or make you stressed. Second and more importantly; in csgo your ranking after a game does not solely depend on your team. its nice to know that if i go in and do well i wont be afraid of demotion if i lose. And if I lose I lose and i'm ok with that in csgo because I know that the other players were better than me (or they were hacking). In league I don't know if they are better than me because there are so many strong champs that require very little skill to play effectively and it can be very frustrating to be losing to someone because of champ select. I don't know if i wanted Riot to change anything it would be:

  1. Remove Lp
  2. Make ELO more based off of individual performance in solo q
  3. Some of the easier champs need to be balanced to reward those players who work hard to get good with someone
  4. This is more of a personal thing but I hate this meta, It has people building full tank and doing more than a carry

The problem if it was based on individual performance then people would just pick carry champions and only go for kills. Champions that require no skill normally can be easily beaten by cc.

You CANNOT CANNOT CANNOT reward a player for losing a game no matter how good his stats are. It would create a culture where no one tries to win, and everyone just tries to pump up their stats.
