ABILTIES

Passive:Glitter Dust Champions struck by Miroi's spells are revealed(as long as they aren't stealthed via an Ability),and will stack Glitter on enemies,enemies are also "glittered" after being struck by Miroi's spells

On the third glitter stack she drains the glitter dust from the target,healing her for 2%/2.5%/3% of her missing health(has a 6 second internal cooldown)

Q:Glitter blast Miroi sends forth a blast of glitter after a small delay which does 50/90/130/170/210(+40% AP ratio) magic damage,Miroi can freely move during the cast time,slows enemies by 5%/10%/15%/20%/25%

Mana:50/60/70/80/90 Cooldown:12/11/10/9/8 seconds

W:Sparkle Shine Miroi readies to shine light around her,after a delay she releases that light dealing 40/75/120/155/190(+30% AP ratio) magic damage around her,When this light touches "glittered" enemies they will also radiate light after a delay dealing 50% of the damage

Sparkle shines cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds when ever glitter triggers on an enemy

E:Protective Sparkles After casting Sparkle Shine,Miroi has a 3 second window where she can cast Bright barrier

Miroi surrounds her self in a shield of Sparkling Glitter,Shielding her from 40/70/100/130/160(+60% AP) damage and giving her a 10% move speed boost,Protective sparkles applies a stack of glitter and applies "glittered" to all enemies around her when cast,Enemies already affected by "glittered" will be rooted in place for 0.1/0.15/0.2/0.25/0.3 seconds

R:Glitter Storm Passive:Miroi Leaves a glitter trail wherever she walks(lasts 1.5 seconds) and reveals enemies who walk on it(instantly unrevealed when they go off of it)

Active:Miroi's Sparkles surround her dealing 30/40/50(+10% AP) magic damage a second,Then after 3 seconds she releases her Glitter in a rather elegant fashion dealing 100/200/300(+50% AP ratio) magic damage to all enemies around her,and resetting the internal cooldown of her passive on every target hit,

LORE:Miroi was still a rather young girl,in her Village living with her family before the Noxians attacked Ionia,When they reached the village her parents hid her under the bed,as she watched her parents be massacred by the bloodthirsty Noxians,she silently weeped,hoping for all the blood and screams to end,when night came she went out of the house,not a soul in sight.She wanted to leave all this horror behind her and left the village with only her clothes,shoes and the last thing her parents gave her,sparkles(glitter).A patroling Noxian soldier found her wandering around,she threw some sparkles in his Eyes to buy some time,she ran and she ran,the soldier called for his friends they chased her into the woods.Miroi found herself exhausted and tired from running,stopping in an open meadow.The guards followed her tracks,into the meadow,Miroi accepted her fate for she could run no more,the Noxian's blade strikes Miroi as her bag of sparkles gets thrown in the air,and shines her bloody lifeless corpse.The stars above could not ignore the act,as they enchanted Miroi's body,and made her into a spirit.Her sparkles fused with the spiritual energies giving her glitter powers like no other,the soldiers were mesmerised for a moment,Miroi readied to lay vengeance until the stars warned her using her powers out of hatred would force them to make her disappear,so she didn't.The stars gave her a new purpose,To shine light with her sparkles into the darkness.She covered the soldiers in glitter,not harming them,but simply making them glow.Miroi roams Ionia,and Valoran as a spirit to shine light into the darkness.
