Abilities:

❖ Passive | Power of the Runes ❖

Lopen creates Rune Zones every 3 basic attacks and via abilities. These Rune Zones buff him and allies, or debuff enemies. If two or more of the same Rune Zone intersect, both's effects are empowered, scaling depending on how many are intersected.

Fury Rune: Every 3 basic attacks, a Fury Rune zone is created with a radius of 250 (+5% of Max Health) units. Inside the Fury Rune zone, Lopen gains 20%-50% attack speed (based on level) (+30% of Attack Speed), and 10%-20% movement speed (based on level). Per intersecting Fury Rune zone, each zone gain +10% attack speed and +5% movement speed. Each zone lasts 5 seconds.

Rune Shatter: Lopen cannot have more than 4 Rune zones active (excluding Fury Rune and Channel Rune zones) active at once. If he creates anymore than 4, they shatter and deal 15-75 (based on level) (+50% Bonus AD) physical damage in the area they would have occupied.

❖ Q | Chaotic Stone ❖

Active: Chaotic Stone can be channeled for up to 2 seconds, in which Lopen is immobilized and pacified. While Chaotic Stone is channeling, it's range and damage is increased. After stopping the channel, Lopen smashes his hammer to the ground, sending out a shock wave in a wide line. The shock wave does 30/50/70/90/110 (+2.5% Max Health) to 60/100/140/180/220 (+5% Max Health) physical damage, based on channel time, and slows enemies by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%. If channeled for the full 2 seconds, it knocks up enemies at the end and create a Chaos Rune zone.

Chaos Rune: While Lopen is inside a Chaos Rune, he replaces Chaotic Stone with Chaos Smith, which can be cast once at zero cost and creates a second Chaos Rune at the target location (500 unit range). The Chaos Rune has a zone radius of 400 (+7.5% of Max Health) units. Enemies inside the zone have 10%-20% (based on level) reduced tenacity (can make tenacity go into the negative, extending CC effects) and 10%-30% (based on level) reduced movement speed. Intersecting zones gain +5% tenacity reduction and 7.5% increased slow. Lasts 5 seconds.

Active: Lopen constructs a Life Rune at the target location.

Life Rune: While Lopen is inside a Life Rune zone, he replaces Will of the Earth with Life Smith, which can be cast once at zero cost and creates a second Life Rune at the target location (500 unit range). The Chaos Rune has a zone radius of 350 (6% Max Health) units. Allies (including Lopen) inside the Life Rune zone heal for 3/6/9/12/15 (+0.75% Max Health) per second, and provides 5%/7.5%/10%/12.5%/15% damage reduction. Intersecting zones gain +1/2/3/4/5 (+0.1% Max Health) healing per second and a bonus 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% damage reduction.

Active: Lopen dashes a short distance to the target enemy, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+80%/90%/100%/110%/120% AD) physical damage, and can be reactivated for added effects.

Reactivation: Lopen, after a 0.5 second delay, smashes the ground in a small cone in front of him. The smash deals the same damage as the dash, and stuns enemies for 0.75 seconds. If at least one enemy champion is hit, a Resolve Rune zone is formed.

Resolve Rune: While Lopen is inside a Resolve Rune zone, he replaces Resolve Crusher with Resolve Smith, which can be cast once at zero cost and creates a second Resolve Rune at the target location (500 unit range). The Resolve Rune has a radius of 400 (+7.5% Max Health) units. Allies (including Lopen) inside the Resolve Rune zone gain +5%/7.5%/10%/12.5%/15% tenacity, whereas enemies within the zone deal 2.5%/5%/7.5%/10%/12.5% reduced damage. Intercepting zones give +1%/2%/3%/4%/5% tenacity and reduce enemies damage by 1%/2%/3%/4%/5%.

❖ R | Power of the Runes ❖

Active: Lopen throws into the air a massive magic Rune Hammer, which after a 1 second delay, smashes down at the target location. In the area of effect, enemies take 150/250/350 +(100% AP) magic damage and are knocked up at the epicentre for 1 second, whereas they are slowed for 40%/50%/60% for 2 second in the surrounding area. In the area of effect, a Channel Rune zone is formed.

Channel Rune: While Lopen is inside the Channel Rune zone, he replaces Power of the Runes with Rune Blood, which can be cast three times at zero cost, with a 1 second cooldown. The Channel Rune lasts 10 seconds, and is not effected by Rune Blood.

Rune Blood: Active: In a 1000 unit radius, all of Lopen's Rune zone's effects are doubled for 1.5 seconds, and extends there duration by 2 seconds.

Notes:

I know he's pretty complex, but I think he could act either as a good Top tank/warrior, or a support. I think the way he could give large scale buffs in an area a pretty appealing idea, and could really tilt the tides of a team fight in his team's favour (even if they maybe losing!).
