Champion concept: Malubon, The Entitiy of balance
DISCLAIMER: Please keep in mind that this is a very undeveloped idea, I do plan to keep up with this, because even now, as i look down at the rest of the page, i see things that are extremely stupid and that need to be fixed, so bare with me. He doesnt seem too overpowered to me, but i do see a lot of balancing work that needs to be done, so i will be taking suggestions.
Overview: Malubon is a champion that can be built several different ways, depending on what form of him you mainly use. In his angel form, he will most likely be a support and maybe a mage, but in his demonic form, he can be built as a tank, an ADC, and an extremely adaptable fighter.
Lore: Malubon was always a clumsy mage, he always seemed to make the mistakes that would conjure up a spell that transformed the floor into jelly beans, or the weapon enchantment that would simply make your sword fall apart. But none of his mishaps had hurt anyone, until he was 16. While preforming a summoning rituals, he had lost control and accidentally summoned two extremely powerful ancient deities: a powerful demon and angel. The demon was quick to try to posses the young mage, Quickly attacking all his mind and body, his eyes turned red. The second the angel saw this, he rushed in to cleanse the mage's soul. it was at this time that he regained the control of his spell, remembering the words of his mentor: "Bind the creatures you summon, they may be very dangerous." He then did this, but in doing so, he bound the deities within himself, assuming the angels form. Afterwards, the boy was flooded with knowledge, including the knowledge to allow the demon to take control, and the knowledge of a land in a distant realm. Valoran, it was called. He decided to visit this land, as the angel had advised him to do so, he told the boy that the world would be an amazing proving grounds for his new knowledge. Now he fights on the fields of justice, balancing the good and the evil within him. Skills
Inate passive: Infinite knowledge (IS OVERPOWERED I KNOW I WILL BE BALANCING) Vision is not obstructed by edges and cliffs, and in angel form, wards last twice as long. In demon form, he can see much more info about an enemy than usual, like their amount of gold.
Possesion/Cleanse: (Cleanse lasts too long, but i cannot decide on a blaced time.)
Cleanse: Gives friendly target 5% (Min 50) more health and mana, and restores 100 mana and health. The bonus mana/health lasts for 1 minute and has a 20 second cooldown, but the effect doesnt stack.
Possesion: choose target enemy monster (nuetrals count) and see through their eyes. at level 4, you have complete control over the monster, being able to select a target and move it. unless the monster is a boss monster.
E: Rush to defend/Demonic tourment ( Rush's movespeed bonus is kinda OP will balance)
Rush to defend: Dashes to target ally within a global range, speed is determined by the ally's hp. 100% hp- 101% movespeed below 90% hp- 125% movespeed Below 80% hp- 130% movespeed Below 60% hp- 170% movespeed Below 20% hp- 215% movespeed Below 5%- 300% movespeed
Demonic tourment- Effects the enemy based on how much and what type of damage you have done to them in the past 30 seconds. Magic damage-- slows the target 5% of hp translates to 10% slow, down to 50% movespeed Physical damage--Stuns the target 5% of hp translates to .5 second stun, down to a 4 second stun cap true damage- Re-realeases the true damage done.
