Evisia, Wind's Whisper (Champion concept)

Lore: Abandoned at a young age in the mountains of Zaun, Evisia was forced to find her own way to survive the treacherous mountain climate. Her affinity for the winds grew as she remained constantly exposed to it. As she learned to hunt and traverse the mountains, she could feel the wind more and more until she would rely on her sense of it more than sight or sound. Her vision has faded but she no longer needs it. The wind is within her, she can feel it, she is it and that is something no one ever will be able to take from her. One day, the wind whispered a name... "Evisia".

Abilities:

Passive: Wind currents: The wind currents around the map are now visible, you move faster while within them provided you move in the same direction. Currents periodically change. Your wards are now "Wind wards". Wind wards emit a wind flow that links to two nearby wind currents with a new wind current.

Q: Wind strike (3s cd) (Flash range): Dash forward a short distance(scaling with your current MS), dealing 20 (increases with further levels) (+100% Attack Damage)damage to enemies you pass through and reducing the cooldown of "One with the wind"(E) by 2s for each champion hit. If used during "Flow with the current"(W) you also slow the target by 30% for 2s and set this ability's cooldown to 0.5s.

W: Flow with the current(6s cd): (Can only be activated within a wind current) Follow your wind current at 100%(increases with further levels) increased movement speed. At current intersections, flow towards the mouse cursor. Lasts until deactivated, cancelled or until you use "wind strike"(Q). This ablility can be used during "wind strike" (Q) independently of the cooldown (still requires a wind current)

E: One with the wind(10s cd): Chose a direction, for 0.75(increases with further levels) seconds, while moving in that direction, you are immune to physical damage and physical crowd control effects.

R: The blind maiden of the winds: (Passive) The quantity of wind currents doubles(increases further with levels). "Wind strike"(Q) range is tripled and also applies "One with the wind" (E) for the duration of the motion. Enemies that travel within your wind currents disturb them, allowing you to clearly see the outline of their movements...

You can no longer see anything except the wind currents around the map.

(If you do not pick this ability, you can chose to instead put an additional point in your other abilities).

Note: This isn't supposed to be balanced, I'm not a game designer. Just want to put thoughts out there and try capture a theme in an exciting way. Personally, I would find this champ fun to play but with a very high skill cap, though perhaps not very fun to play against. Either way, would love to hear other oppinions be they good or bad. Causing boredom is the greatest sin after all xd.
